Yet another young life snatched

First, it was Lee Kean Yip, 18, a first year diploma student in Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KTAR). Then it was Ng Chiew Lim, 25, a salesgirl at Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan. On Friday, 18-year-old Chang Shu Chen was found dead in Johor Bahru. It was believed that she was murdered while walking to her workplace.
