This afternoon, I attended the 4th convocation session of UTAR’s 3rd convocation. Part of the graduands for the honors degree of Business Administration and all graduands for the honors degree of Journalism received their scrolls from the Human Resources Minister, Datuk Seri Dr. Fong Chan Onn, who is also the Vice President of MCA.
