Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal Engku Tan Sri Ibrahim Engku Ngah announced over the media tonight that Hari Raya Aidilfitri for all states on Malaysia falls on Tuesday 24 October 2006.

The meeting between Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Badawi and his predecessor Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad took place at the Prime Minister’s official residence, Seri Perdana in Putrajaya this afternoon. No details of the outcome of the meeting were known.
