West Coast Expressway project put off …

Petrol price will not be reduced …

Toll rates for 5 expressways (LDP, KESAS, Cheras-Kajang, Guthrie Corridor, Karak) to be increased from 1 Jan 2007.

We have all suffered the effect of the 30 sen increase of petrol price per liter earlier this year. And now for many people who travels on these expressways on a daily basis, in particular LDP and Cheras-Kajang have to pay more for toll? This would definitely increase the inflation rate.

The only right thing for the government to do is to reduce the price of petrol by 30 sen by 1 Jan 2007.

West Coast Expressway put off

The proposed West Coast Expressway linking Taiping to Banting has been put off.

Well, sad to say, isn’t the government supposed to implement projects for the benefit of the people under the 9th Malaysian Plan (9MP)? A bad decision indeed. The existing North-South Expressway is currently heavily used especially during holiday seasons and weekends. Wish the Cabinet will reconsider their decision for the benefit of the people.

Well… that is the title of Malaysia’s first super-hero movie. Well, we are all used with many super-heroes from the West and Japan. Names such as Superman, Ultraman, Spiderman, etc. have been part of our lives for years since our childhood. Then came Malaysian cartoon Kluangman about a decade ago.

Now, I wonder why do they choose lizards as the theme? Well, Cicakman is a movie that is must watch, opening 7 December 2006.

Just now while i was typing an image dimension (738×124) in Google to see if there are any standard image dimension of this, it did not show me any result except the product of the multiplication 738×124. And yeah, that is a built-in calculator function in Google itself. Many common arithmetic functions are available. More information can be obtained at http://www.google.com.my/intl/en/help/features.html#calculator
